​​​With over 6 years of restaurant experience our founder and head chef, Hayley has been on a mission to inspire and create delicious food that is inclusive, inventive and tackles some of the biggest environmental issues.

She has worked with multiple London restaurants that focus on plant-based food and sustainable sourcing including organic and regenerative farming. These kind of restaurants are hugely important in communicating the importance of what we choose to have on our plates and making conscious decisions that steer away from industrial agriculture, harmful chemicals, ultra-processed foods and incorporate more plants in our lives. We all know it's not a quick fix but, little by little, one person, one meal at a time we can make a difference.
